 On July 4th,
Main Street Odessa will have the pleasure of hosting the
“Firecracker Fandango” celebration. This
community wide festival begins at 10:00 a.m. with an Odessa
tradition - the Jaycees’ Independence Day Parade. It
starts at
O.C. and finishes at ECISD's Admin Building on 9th Street.
Later at 6:00 p.m., the gates will open for the family festival, featuring live entertainment, children’s
activities, food booths, exhibits and much more. The highlight of
the evening will be an exciting choreographed fireworks display
launched from downtown, and viewed by more than 20,000 people.
